Privacy Policy

11games operates 11games.lol (the “Site”). This policy explains what information the Site stores or receives, why it is used, and the choices available to you. 11games is responsible for information collected directly through the Site; game, advertising, analytics and hosting providers are also responsible for information they process under their own policies.

Information kept on your device

The Site uses browser localStorage for a device-only profile. This may contain a display name, saved games, play history and ratings. It also stores your cookie choice and a local tally of interactions used to test site features. The Site does not include that profile information in analytics events or form submissions. Analytics, forms and third-party games process separate information as described below. You can remove profile data from the profile page and clear other site data through your browser.

Information you submit

• Contact messages: the contact form collects your name, email address and message so we can read and respond to it.
• Game reports: when you report a third-party game, we receive the game identifier, the issue selected and a short technical note. The report does not ask for your name or email address.

These forms are processed and stored for us by Netlify. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive information in a message.

Hosting and analytics data

Our hosting provider may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, and date and time. We use this information to deliver and secure the Site.

Google Analytics is configured but loads only if you choose “Accept cookies.” It may collect interaction events, approximate location, browser and device information, and identifiers stored in first-party analytics cookies. We use these reports to understand which pages and games are useful and to improve the Site. We do not send the name or email address entered in the contact form to Google Analytics.

Third-party games and advertising

Third-party games are not loaded when you merely visit a game page. They load after you press Play. At that point, the game provider, GameMonetize and advertising providers may receive technical data and may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, secure and measure the game and its advertising. Their processing is governed by their own policies, including the GameMonetize game-network privacy policy and Google Privacy Policy. Self-hosted games marked “No ads” do not load the GameMonetize advertising service.

How information is used

• To provide, maintain, secure and troubleshoot the Site.
• To remember your device-only preferences and show relevant games.
• To respond to contact messages, reports and takedown requests.
• To measure and improve the Site when you consent to analytics.
• To comply with law and protect the rights, safety and integrity of users, the Site and third parties.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities are carried out to provide services you request, with your consent, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Site.

Service providers and international processing

We use Netlify for hosting and form submissions, Google Analytics for optional analytics, and GameMonetize and its partners for many third-party games and ads. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their safeguards and processing practices are described in their own privacy notices.

Retention

Device-only information remains until you remove it or clear your browser data. Contact messages and game reports are kept only while reasonably needed to respond, investigate, maintain records, resolve disputes, secure the Site or meet legal requirements. Analytics and hosting providers apply their own retention settings and policies.

Your choices and rights

• Use “Cookie choices” in the footer to change the Site’s analytics setting.
• Clear your device-only profile from the profile page.
• Block or delete cookies and localStorage through your browser.
• Use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on or manage ad personalization in My Ad Center.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, or to complain to your local data-protection authority. Submit a request through the contact page. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant submission.

Children’s privacy

The Site is a general-audience games portal and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of third-party games and advertising.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the Site, providers or legal requirements change. The revised date above shows when the latest version took effect. For questions, privacy requests or complaints, use the contact page.
