Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for a general audience. You must be at least 13 years old to submit personal information through the contact form. If you are under the age at which you can agree to online terms where you live, use the Site only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Permitted use

• The Site offers free, browser-based games for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You may link to public pages, but you may not copy, repackage or commercially exploit the Site or its catalog without permission.
• You must not misuse the Site, bypass security, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, probe systems without authorization, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service or unlawfully copies content.
• You are responsible for your own device, browser and internet connection.

Games and third-party content

The catalog includes an 11games Original, directly hosted open-source games used under their respective licences, and third-party games distributed through GameMonetize. Third-party games, names, trademarks and assets remain the property of their respective owners. Availability, controls, advertising and content may change without notice.

Third-party games and links take you to services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. A listing or link does not mean that 11games endorses every statement, advertisement or external destination shown by that service.

Intellectual property

The 11games name, branding, site design, catalog organization and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This does not transfer ownership of third-party games, open-source software, trademarks or assets. Licence and attribution notices supplied with directly hosted open-source games continue to apply.

Device-only profile

The profile feature is not an online account. Its display name, favorites, history and ratings are stored only in your browser and may be lost if you clear site data, change devices or use a private-browsing session. We do not promise to recover device-only data.

Advertising

Many third-party games include advertising that helps keep them free. Advertising is supplied by third parties and may be selected or measured using their technologies. We do not control every advertisement and do not guarantee the products, services or claims advertised.

Reports, feedback and takedown requests

You may report a broken game from its play page and may send feedback, copyright concerns or takedown requests through the contact page. You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

Availability and disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. Games may fail to load, be removed, contain errors, display ads, or be incompatible with a device or browser. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 11games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, a game, an advertisement or an external service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms. Material revisions take effect when the updated Terms are posted with a new date. Your continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
